  If I could give Sears NO stars, I would. Horrible customer service! I looked for work boots for 30 to 40 minutes all the time the lady that worked the department wandered around aimlessly without asking One customer if they needed assistance. When I finally found something that I liked, I sought her out and discovered I had cut myself on some of the sharp cardboard boxes that held the boots. Asking "if it wasn't to much trouble to see if they have first aid kits for a band-aid". She said "Oh, we don't have anything like that here". Now... That's just fine by me, I pull the kleenex out of my pocket and bled into that. But when i asked her if she could get a price for the boots I liked (they weren't on the box) she said "just go scan them over there". I decided to walk out. A complete lack of customer service in this country, especially at this Sears. I've been going to Sears ever since I was a little boy, a lifelong customer. Not anymore. September 25 2016 1:30pm
