  I went to return a shirt that I purchased. I wore to work one day and my co worker pointed out a 3 inch tear in the back....as the day continued it kept ripping and another tear occurred on the other side. I took back to the store w the tags i cut off and receipt. After speaking with 3 people they finally accepted the return. Very rude and not once did they apologize for their quality. I thought Nordstroms was known for its high quality and high customer satisfaction. I don't mind paying extra for quality clothing but the shirt ripped in two places and not even an apology. I don't have this issue at other stores. Will NOT be visiting this store again.
