  Service in the store was excellent! Friendly, accommodating. Upon leaving, I was informed by the associate who was assisting me that I would be able to make any changes and alterations to my order via phone. However, when I just made a phone call to make some a change to my order and apply a coupon I had received in the mail, Richard told me I had to come in because "there are about 25 people in there right now" and he hung up without saying a goodbye or thank you I reserved 9 tuxes for my wedding party...not including the 2 fathers who will also be getting tuxes...which will cost over $270/person. I guess my business is not good enough for you to take care of my call and requests. I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere then. I have done business with Men's Wearhouse in the past with my friends' weddings and have never had any issues before. So this is very disappointing. Losing $60 deposit will not discourage me from taking my business elsewhere. If you're sold on Men's Wearhouse, avoid Richard in Langhorne, PA

  A very blah experience. Selection of rental tuxes was slim, very slim. Because they didn’t have the colors we wanted the staff started trying to give us unwanted suggestions on color schemes for the wedding, which we are already decided on. The shirt I got to try on had some kind of glue or something on the sleeve which didn’t really fill me with confidence for wedding day either. We ended up going to a smaller store (not men’s warehouse) in Warrington where there is literally 10x more selection, the prices are lower, and I get my tux for free because we have 5 others renting. Not sure why anyone would use Men’s Warehouse for anything when there are better, cheaper, and cleaner options nearby

  Selection is ok, Torrey is a very good employee and extremely helpful. I will never go back because Angel is an absolute prick, unprofessional, and extremely pompous for a department store worker.
